Directions to Great Neck Office

From Eastern LI
Take Long Island Expressway West (I-495 W) to Exit 32 (Little Neck Parkway). Turn right on Little Neck Parkway and drive approximately 1 mile to Northern Blvd. Turn Right on Northern Blvd. and drive 0.4 miles (4 traffic lights). 107 Northern Blvd. will be a brown brick building on the left, across the street from Cutler's Lighting store. Free patient parking is available on ground level. We are located in Suite 206.
 

From Queens/Manhattan
Take Long Island Expressway East (I -495 E) to Exit 32 (Little Neck Parkway). Turn left of Little Neck Parkway and drive approximately 1 mile to Northern Blvd. Turn Right on Northern Blvd and follow the directions above to reach our office.

Bus
N 20 and N 21 buses stop right in front of the building on 107 Northern Blvd.

LIRR
The office is located 13 min walk from the Little Neck Station. Exit near intersection of Little Neck Pky and 39th Rd. Continue walking on 39th Rd until Nassau Rd. Turn right onto Nassau Rd. Turn left onto Northern Blvd. Walk past the Great Neck Rd. The office building will be on the left, across the street from Cutlers Lighting.

Directions to the Forest Hills Office

By Car:
From Manhattan
Take Long Island Expressway to exit 21 (108 St) and turn right on 108 Street. Drive to 64th Road. Make a right on 64th Road and drive half a block to an open parking lot on the right. The office is located on the ground floor of the building behind the parking lot.

From Long Island
Take Long Island Expressway to exit 22 A (108 St) and turn left on 108 Street. Drive to 64th Road. Make a right on 64th Road and drive half a block to an open parking lot on the right. The office is located on the ground floor of the building behind the parking lot.

Bus:
Q23 bus goes along 108 street and stops near 64th road.
QM 12 bus goes along Yellowstone Blvd. Bus stops in front of the building.

Subway:
Take the M or the R train to 63rd Drive Station (Rego Park). Walk along 63rd Drive north to Yellowstone Blvd. Make a right on Yellowstone Blvd and walk to 64th Road.

Alternatively take E, F, M or R train to 71st Continental Ave and the follow the bus route above.
