About Aleksey Babakhanov, FNP

Aleksey Babakhanov, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner practicing at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology located in the Forest Hills neighborhood in Queens, New York. His mission is to provide comprehensive skin care services to individuals living in and around New York City.

After graduating Cum Laude from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Aleksey worked in a level one trauma center at Lincoln Hospital’s emergency room for a number of years. He has also worked in Northwell Health Forest Hills Hospital’s emergency room and served as a preceptor for nursing school students as well as newly hired nurses.

Graduating from Lehman College’s Master of Science nurse practitioner program, Aleksey was inducted into the renowned Sigma Theta Tau international honor society. After joining the team at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology in early 2019, Aleksey has demonstrated his proficiency in a wide range of procedures, including treatment of acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, and more.
