About Zina Goldvekht, PA-C

Zina Goldvekht, PA-C, has been a board-certified physician assistant since 2005. She currently sees patients at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology located in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Queens, New York.

Zina earned a Bachelor of Science degree from NYU and a physician assistant degree from Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital PA Program. As part of her clinical medical education, she completed her training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Additionally, she trained in plastic and general surgery at NYU Downtown Hospital.

Early in her career, Zina worked at Lenox Hill Hospital ER, covering both main and fast track emergencies. She gave lectures to physician assistant students and served as a preceptor for them.

Zina is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants.

Currently, Zina works at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology, treating both medical and cosmetic dermatology patients. She specializes in acne treatment and skin rejuvenation. Although she treats a wide variety of ailments, she has a strong interest in scar care and the management of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and alopecia. In addition, Zina has extensive experience performing cosmetic treatments like Botox®, fillers, lasers, PRP, and microneedling for achieving desired cosmetic outcomes. Zina has worked with Dr. Michael Paltiel since March 2012.
