Dr. Michael Paltiel founded Adult and Pediatric Dermatology and leads it as medical director, a board-certified dermatologist with more than 20 years of experience who trained at Johns Hopkins, completed his dermatology residency at the University of Maryland, and taught residents as clinical faculty at Stony Brook. He practices alongside a full team, including Zina Goldvekht, PA-C, plastic surgeon John A. Perrotti, MD, and nurse practitioner Aleksey Babakhanov, FNP, with an experienced aesthetic team for cosmetic care. Patients come back because their provider listens, explains, and treats the whole family’s skin.

The same office that handles your skin check or a stubborn rash also does Botox, fillers, and body contouring, and treats your kids. Pediatric dermatology is a core part of the practice, not an add-on: we treat infants, children, and teens for eczema, warts, molluscum, rashes, and acne, in a way that keeps them at ease. Adults come for medical skin care and, in the same visit if they like, for cosmetic treatments.
